After graduating with a degree in Illustration from Parsons School of Design, Ida worked as an independent artist and illustrator in New York City. During this period she had a variety of her work published, painted commissions for private clients and worked as a graphic designer. However never straying far from the Fine Arts she also participated in various solo and group shows. Ida moved to Los Cabos in late 2003 to open Galeria de Ida Victoria. Ida is known for her highly detailed watercolor paintings with subjects ranging from architecture to portraiture, finding inspiration in the light and shadows of her subject and in her chosen medium watercolor.  Ida has a 4 year old and a 2 year old, her best creations to date, and plans to resume painting originals next year when both are in school full time! Until then she has high quality limited edition Giclée prints available of her most favorite works.
